Dispatch email or SMS alerts (requires server configuration).

  • Email or SMS: Clearly choose your desired alert method.|

  • Server Settings: If you haven't already, navigate to JEDI's settings to configure your email server or Twilio account (for SMS).

  • Recipient(s): Enter the email addresses or phone numbers of those who should receive the notification.
  • Message Content: Customize the message text to include relevant details about the event or issue. You can use JEDI's variables to dynamically include data source/metric values.
